Accessibility
Last updated: March 2026
Swedish General Consulting AB is committed to making Epivo accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the accessibility of our website and application.
1. Standards we aim for
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and define how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
2. What we do
- Use semantic HTML to ensure content is structured and navigable
- Provide text alternatives for images and media
- Ensure sufficient color contrast throughout the interface
- Support keyboard navigation
- Design responsive layouts that work across devices and screen sizes
- Use ARIA attributes where appropriate to enhance assistive technology support
3. Known limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of Epivo may not yet be fully optimized for all assistive technologies. Known areas we are working to improve include:
- Some interactive elements in the AI tutoring interface may have limited screen reader support
- Certain educational media (images, diagrams) may not have complete alternative text descriptions
- Voice-based tutoring features require the ability to hear and speak
4. Reporting accessibility issues
If you encounter an accessibility barrier while using Epivo, we want to hear from you. Please contact us with a description of the issue, including the page or feature involved and the assistive technology you are using:
Email: [email protected]
We will review your report and respond within 14 days. We take all accessibility feedback seriously and use it to prioritize improvements.
5. Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may contact the Swedish Agency for Digital Government (DIGG), which is responsible for monitoring compliance with accessibility requirements for digital services in Sweden:
