Política de cookies
Last updated: March 2026
This cookie policy explains how Epivo uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and application. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. They are widely used to make websites work, improve user experience, and provide information to site owners. Similar technologies include session storage and local storage, which serve comparable purposes but differ in how long data is retained.
2. How Epivo uses cookies
Epivo does not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or marketing pixels. All fonts and assets are served directly from our own infrastructure — no externally hosted resources transfer your data to third parties.
We use the following categories of cookies:
- Necessary cookies — required for the site to function (e.g., storing your cookie consent preference). These are set without requiring consent.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors find and use our site. These are only set after you accept analytics cookies via the consent banner.
3. Cookies we set
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
_epivo_consent | Stores your cookie consent preference (accepted or rejected) | 1 year | Necessary |
_epivo_vid | Anonymous visitor identifier — a random ID that links your visits across sessions so we can understand how visitors navigate and find our site | 1 year | Analytics |
_epivo_utm_source | Records how you first found our site (e.g., Google, social media) | 30 days | Analytics |
_epivo_utm_medium | Records the type of link that brought you here (e.g., organic search, paid ad) | 30 days | Analytics |
_epivo_utm_campaign | Records the specific marketing campaign, if any | 30 days | Analytics |
Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them via the cookie consent banner. If you reject
analytics cookies, only the necessary _epivo_consent cookie is set (to remember
your preference). All analytics data is stored on our own servers and is never shared with
third parties.
4. Authentication
When you log in to the Epivo platform, we use standard authentication tokens to maintain your session. These are strictly necessary for the service to function and do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive.
5. Third-party services
Our payment processor (Stripe) may set its own cookies when you interact with payment forms. These cookies are controlled by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's privacy policy. They are strictly necessary for secure payment processing.
6. Managing your cookie preferences
When you first visit our site, you will be asked whether you accept analytics cookies (visitors outside the EU/EEA are accepted by default but can opt out at any time). You can change your preference at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page. If you withdraw consent, analytics cookies are deleted immediately and no further data is collected.
You can also control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified before a cookie is set. Note that blocking all cookies may affect the functionality of some parts of our service (such as staying logged in).
7. Contact
