How to cancel
- Sign in to app.epivo.ai
- Go to Plan & Billing (under My Learning)
- Click Manage subscription to open the Stripe customer portal
- Follow the steps to cancel
Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
What happens after cancellation
After your billing period ends:
- Your account reverts to the Free plan (30 min/day sessions, Standard voices)
- Premium ElevenLabs voices and the Teachers menu are no longer available
- All your courses, progress, certificates, and session history are preserved
- You can re-subscribe at any time to restore paid features
Frequently asked questions
- Will I lose my progress if I cancel?
- No. Your courses, progress, mastery levels, and certificates are preserved on the Free plan. You only lose access to the extended session times and Premium voices.
