Refund window

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. After 14 days, the subscription continues until the end of the billing period but is not refundable for the current period.

Renewal charges can be avoided by cancelling before the next billing date.

How to request a refund

To request a refund:

  1. Go to epivo.ai/contact
  2. Include your account email and the reason for the refund
  3. We will process your request within 3 business days

Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
