Managing your subscription

Sign in to app.epivo.ai and go to Plan & Billing (under My Learning). You will see:

• Your current plan (Free, Mini, or Max) for each child
• Your next billing date (if on a paid plan)
• Payment method on file

To upgrade or switch plans, go to Plan & Billing and choose the plan you want. Follow the prompts to add or confirm a payment method. The new plan benefits activate immediately.

Remember that subscriptions are per child — you can choose different plans for different children.

If you want to downgrade, you can switch to a lower plan or cancel from the Plan & Billing section. Your current plan features remain active until the end of the billing period.

All your courses, progress, and certificates are preserved regardless of plan changes.
