Age-appropriate content and safety

Epivo courses are not generated on the fly. Each course follows a structured curriculum that has been:

• Written with specific age groups and grade levels in mind
• Reviewed for accuracy by subject-matter experts
• Checked for appropriate language, tone, and complexity

The AI tutor teaches from this curated content, so it stays on topic and within the bounds of the curriculum.

The tutor adjusts its language based on the student’s grade level. Younger learners hear simpler vocabulary and shorter explanations. Older students and adults get more nuanced, detailed discussions.

Course content is tagged with grade ranges so that students only see material appropriate for their level.

Epivo’s tutor is designed to teach curriculum content. It will not:

• Discuss topics outside the enrolled courses
• Share personal opinions on sensitive subjects
• Engage in off-topic conversations

If a student tries to steer the conversation off track, the tutor gently redirects back to the lesson.
