Progress as documentation

The parent dashboard provides records you can use:

  • Mastery levels by topic — shows which concepts your child has learned, from not started through learning, practiced, and mastered
  • Session history — every tutoring session listed with its topic, date and length, each opening the full transcript of what was said
  • Course completion — when a student masters all topics in a course, it is marked as complete

Certificates as evidence

The certificate PDF carries:

  • The learner's name
  • The course or curriculum completed
  • A list of what was learned and practised
  • The curriculum it follows, and the school year where that applies
  • The completion date
  • A credential ID and a QR code that links to its verification page
  • An Epivo signature
  • A short statement of what the certificate is and is not
