Epivo collects the minimum data needed to provide the service:

• Account information — your name and email address (provided during sign-up or via Google Sign-In, which also shares your user ID and profile picture URL)
• Student profiles — names and ages of learners
• Learning data — progress, mastery levels, session history, and learning plans
• Session content — what was discussed during tutoring sessions

We do not collect location data, browsing history, or information from other apps.

Your data is used to:

• Provide the tutoring service (the tutor needs to know your progress)
• Improve the learning experience
• Generate certificates and progress reports
• Communicate with you about your account

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

• All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Data is stored in secure, managed databases
• Access is restricted to authorised personnel
• We follow industry-standard security practices
