User accounts vs. student profiles

Your user account is what you sign in with — your Google account or email. It is the parent or administrator identity. You use it to:

• Access the parent dashboard at app.epivo.ai
• Create and manage student profiles
• View progress and session history
• Manage subscriptions for each child

A student profile belongs to a learner. It tracks:

• Which courses they are studying
• Their progress and mastery levels
• Their preferred teacher persona and voice
• Their session history and learning plan

Each student profile is independent. One child’s progress does not affect another’s.

When you sign in to Epivo, you are signing in with your user account. From there, you choose which student profile to use for the learning session.

A single user account can have multiple student profiles — one for each child in your family, for example. Each profile has its own courses, progress, tutor settings, and subscription plan.
