How to create a profile
- Open the parent dashboard at app.epivo.ai
- Click Add Child
- Enter the student’s name and grade level
- Courses are assigned during the student’s first onboarding conversation
The new profile appears immediately. The student can start their first session on the app right away.
What each profile includes
Every student profile is fully independent:
- Courses — the subjects they are studying
- Progress — mastery levels for every knowledge component
- Teacher — their chosen tutor persona and voice
- Session history — a record of every conversation
- Learning plan — what Epivo will teach next, based on spaced repetition
- Subscription — their own plan (Free, Mini, or Max)
Frequently asked questions
- Is there a limit on how many profiles I can create?
- There is no hard limit. You can create profiles for each child in your family. Each profile has its own subscription plan — you choose a plan for each child individually.
