App will not start or crashes
- Force close and reopen — swipe the app away from your recent apps list, then tap to reopen
- Check for updates — make sure you have the latest version of the app installed
- Restart your device — a simple restart can resolve many issues
- Clear app cache — go to Settings > Apps > Epivo > Storage > Clear cache (this does not delete your progress)
No audio from the tutor
- Check volume — make sure media volume is turned up (not just ringer volume)
- Check Bluetooth — if connected to a Bluetooth device, audio may be routing there
- Check Do Not Disturb — some DND settings suppress media audio
- Try headphones — if loudspeaker is not working, plugging in headphones can help isolate the issue
Microphone not working
- Check permissions — go to Settings > Apps > Epivo > Permissions and make sure microphone access is allowed
- Close other apps using the microphone — voice assistants, other call apps, or recording apps may be claiming the microphone
- Test your microphone — use your phone’s voice recorder app to confirm the microphone works at all
- Restart the app — sometimes the microphone connection needs a fresh start
