Deleting your account and data

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your user account and sign-in credentials
• All student profiles under your account
• All learning progress, mastery levels, and session history
• All learning plans and preferences
• All settings and account data

This cannot be undone after the grace period ends.

You can start the deletion process from the parent dashboard or through our API. Once you request deletion:

1. Your account is scheduled for deletion
2. You receive a confirmation with a cancellation link
3. A 7-day grace period begins — during this time you can cancel the deletion using the link
4. After 7 days, all data is permanently deleted

You do not need to cancel your subscription first. Any active Premium subscription is automatically cancelled when you request account deletion.

Consider whether you might want to:

• Transfer student profiles to another account if another family member wants to continue learning
• Note any progress or achievements you want to remember

Once the grace period expires, we cannot recover any data.
