Before you delete
Deleting a student profile is permanent and cannot be undone. Before you proceed, consider whether you might want to:
- Transfer the profile to another account instead
- Download certificates the student has earned from the parent dashboard
- Review session history for any records you want to keep
How to delete a profile
- Open the parent dashboard at app.epivo.ai
- Select the child whose profile you want to remove
- Click Remove child
- Confirm the deletion
The profile and all its data are permanently removed.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I recover a deleted profile?
- No. Once a student profile is deleted, all associated data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
