How to transfer a profile
Profile transfers are handled through the parent dashboard:
- Sign in at app.epivo.ai
- Open the student profile you want to transfer
- Initiate a transfer and enter the email address of the new account holder
- The new account holder receives a confirmation request
- Once both sides confirm, the profile moves to the new account
The transfer is automated and typically completes within minutes.
What transfers with the profile
Everything moves to the new account:
- All course enrolments and progress
- Mastery levels and spaced repetition schedule
- Session history
- Teacher and voice preferences
- Earned certificates
The student’s learning experience is completely uninterrupted.
