Reporting a safety concern

Please report:

• Content that seems inappropriate for the student’s age
• The tutor saying something incorrect or misleading
• Any behaviour that seems unsafe or concerning
• Technical issues that could affect safety (for example, the tutor not staying on topic)

You can report concerns in two ways:

• In the app — open the menu and tap Report an issue. Describe what happened and when.
• On the web — go to epivo.ai/contact and describe the concern.

Include as much detail as possible: the student’s name, the approximate time, and what the tutor said or did.

We review every report within 24 hours. Depending on the nature of the concern, we may:

• Investigate the session transcript
• Adjust the tutor’s behaviour to prevent recurrence
• Follow up with you directly

Your reports help us make Epivo safer for everyone.
